An order may be cancelled for change of mind before it is dispatched. Please send the request through the Contact Jenny form at the bottom of our website as soon as possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. This does not affect any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law when goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged plants, faulty items or incorrect orders
Please inspect the order promptly after delivery. If plants, materials or other components arrive damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 48 hours where possible using the Contact Jenny form.

Please include the customer’s name and order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the affected plants or components, the packaging and the shipping label.

We will assess the problem and, where appropriate, replace or refund the affected plants or components. Please do not return live plants unless we ask you to do so and provide return instructions.

The 48-hour request helps us assess damage to live plants promptly. It does not exclude or limit any rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
